Saul Felman

Mr. Felman worked for two years as an associate at Citadel Venture Group before leaving to trade commodity and then equity options. He is a member of the New York Board of Trade and of the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Felman has been an investor in numerous start-ups in areas including digital radiographic imaging, electronic trading and data mining. In addition, he has developed a patent pending information inquiry method -- a system which acts as a gatekeeper, allowing users to list their personal contact information and grant access to querying parties based on a predetermined level of knowledge of the listing party's personal history. Mr. Felman received an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BA from Yeshiva College. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Chiral Photonics.

Mr. Pinney's experience in private equity portfolio management and banking spans over 20 years. Recently, he has directed investing activity for a Chicago-based angel network. He has played an active advisory role in numerous software and communication companies.
